These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boardgame Master application (the "App") operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App and must delete it from your device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The App is free to play but may offer premium features (e.g., removing ads) through In-App Purchases (IAP). These purchases are processed and managed entirely by the application store corresponding to your device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The free version of the App includes third-party advertisements delivered by AppLovin MAX and its partner networks. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is handled for ad targeting and how to opt-out.
All content, features, functionalities, and underlying technology of the App (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and rules implementations) are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You have no right to use our trademarks, or copyrighted materials without explicit written permission.
If you provide any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions to us via email, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and integrate such feedback into the App without any compensation to you.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the App after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
